Shipping Policy

At Variant Wheels, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order forged wheels with precision and care. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processes, timelines, and expectations.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days.
- EVO Collection: Ships within 10–15 business days.
- Sixty61 Series & Designer Collection: Production times range from 4–8 weeks, depending on configuration and finish selection.
- Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Most of our wheels are built-to-order & May take up to 10–12 weeks.

We will send an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS & FedEx

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select products.

All orders include tracking numbers and are have the option to be fully insured.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level. For oversized or freight shipments, additional charges may apply.

Free shipping may be offered on promotional items or specific order values. See current offers for details.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (where applicable). For PO Boxes and military addresses, additional transit time may apply.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods

Please inspect all packages upon arrival. If your order is damaged in transit, do not install the product. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@variantwheels.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will file a claim with the carrier and assist with a resolution.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on variantwheels.com.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to freight forwarding services or re-shippers.
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be delayed for verification.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or policy violations.
