Return & Cancellation Policy

At Variant Wheels, each of our products is custom-engineered and manufactured to order. Unlike mass-produced goods, your order is uniquely crafted to meet the specifications you provide. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or modifications once an order has entered production. We want to ensure that every customer fully understands this policy before placing an order, so that expectations are clear and there are no surprises.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order is confirmed and materials are allocated to your project, the product is reserved specifically for you and cannot be resold or repurposed.

We encourage all customers to carefully review specifications, measurements, finishes, and any other details prior to checkout. If you have questions about compatibility or need guidance, our team is available to provide assistance before you place your order.

 

Order Cancellations

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, limited cancellations are permitted under specific conditions:

 

• Before Machining Begins

  • If you wish to cancel your order before machining has started, cancellations are allowed.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of raw materials that were allocated and reserved for your order.

  • Refunds, less the restocking fee, will be issued in the original form of payment within a reasonable processing time.

   

• After Machining Has Begun

  • Once machining or production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • At this stage, the order is fully in progress and cannot be altered, refunded, or stopped.

  • The customer is responsible for accepting delivery and completing payment for the finished product.

   

Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with Variant Wheels, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have reviewed your product specifications and understand that all sales are final once production begins.

• You accept that cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined above, including the 20% restocking fee.

• You are responsible for ensuring product compatibility, fitment, and accuracy of specifications prior to order confirmation.

Because our products are custom-built to your specifications, we cannot reuse or restock them. Materials are cut, shaped, and machined uniquely for your order, making them unsuitable for resale to other customers. This policy allows us to maintain the high level of customization and quality that our customers expect, while ensuring fair business practices.
